A Celebration of Life ceremony for Mrs. Mary Ethel Brown, 91, of Longview, Texas will be on Saturday, December 15 at 2 p.m. at Greater Mt. Gideon Baptist Church in Longview, Texas. Viewing will be from 7-8 p.m. on Friday, December 14th at Stanmore Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lakeview Memorial Park.

Mrs. Mary Ethel Brown was born in Joinerville, Texas to the late Robert "Bob" Willis and Gladys Watson Willis. She attended Rusk County schools. Mrs. Brown united with the Midway Baptist Church at an early age and later united with the Greater Mt. Gideon Baptist Church under the pastorage of Reverend K.F. Smith. She served as Deconess, President of the Women's Mission, sang in the Mission Choir, and was President of the Women's Division of East Mt. Olive Baptist Association.

Mrs. Brown was married to the late Odell Domino. To that union, six children were born. She later married Lee Andrew Brown who preceded her in death. From this union, five children were born.

Mrs. Brown was also preceded in death by her sons, O.D. Bomino, Edwin Brown, Clyde Brown, Tony Brown, and one daughter, Annie M. Brown Wallace.

Mrs. Brown departed this life after a lengthy stay at a local long-term nursing facility.

She leaves to cherish her memory: sons, Willis Domino (Gloria) of Longview, Texas; Tommy Domino (Jessie) of LaPorte, Texas, and Robert Domino (Kim) of Stafford, Virginia; daughters, Mary Bell(Michael) of Ft. Worth, Texas, Dorothy Domino Richardson of Longview, Texas, and Wanda Brown of Longview, Texas; daughter-in-law, Agnes Domino (O.D.) of Ft. Worth, Texas; and twenty-two grandchildren, forty-five great grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
