Funeral Service for Mrs.Alice Ruth Franklin Wilder,89,of Marshall,Texas will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Westside Church of Christ on Saturday,July 14,2012,with Bro. Charles E.Bradley,Sr.officiating.Burial will be at Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Hayward Stanmore Funeral Home.

Mrs. Alice Ruth died Friday,July 06,2012,at Good Shepherd Medical Center.She was born February 06,1923,in Harrison County to Ebenezer "Snip" Franklin and Claire Smith Franklin.She was a member of New Point Church of Christ.

She was united in marriage to Charles Henry Wilder on March 30,1940.To this union,seven children were born.

Survivors include one daughter,Alice (Clifton)Taylor;four sons,James (Violet) Wilder, Donnie (Sondra)Wilder,Carl (Joyce) Wilder and Harvey (Karen) Wilder; and one son-in-law,L.B. Jernigan, all of Marshall,Texas; three stepsisters, Margie (John)Woods,Mae Frances Wesley and Doris Elaine Grady, all of Dallas,Texas; one stepbrother, Verleson "Sonny Boy" Wesley of Leighton, Ala;one sister-in-law,Josephine Johnson of Harleton,Texas;26 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren;three great-great-grandchildren;and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
