Mr. Andrew Hagler's Obituary
Funeral Service for Mr. Andrew Hagler will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 02,2011 at Oak Grove C.M.E. Church on Gilmer,Texas. Burial will follow at Summerville Cemetery.
On October 5, 1919 in Gilmer, Texas, Andrew was born to Elijah and Australia Hagler.
He accepted Christ at an early age, where be became a member of Oak Grove C.M.E. Church until his death.
Andrew married at an early age to Beaulah Lewis and to this union nine children were born.
On June 22, 2011 in Gilmer, Texas the Lord called him home. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Beaulah; two daughters, Helen Hagler and Mable Johnson; three sons, Calvin, Wayne and Troy Lee Hagler; three brothers and eight sisters.
Those left to cherish his memories are his sons, Harold Hagler and wife Doris, Nolan Hagler and wife Peggy, and Gerald Hagler all of Gilmer, Texas, Olan Hagler of Rosharon, TX; two daughters-in-law, Pearly Joyce Hagler of Tyler, TX and Eddie Pearl Hagler of Palestine, TX; 35 grandchildren; 90 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
