Home Going Celebration for Mr. Arbra LeJon Barrett will be Saturday,August 20,2011 11:a.m. at Evangelistic Ministries 101 North Elm Jacksonville,Arkansas Bishop James Bolden III Officiating.
Arbra LeJon Barrett,son of Rohettie Monique Barrett,was born in Honolula,Hawaii on January 29,1990.He departed this life on August 10,2011 in the Hospice Home Care facility in Little Rock,Ar. Arbra accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Life Unlimited Church where he grew into the young man we love so much.In May 2009,Arbra joined Evangelistic Ministries Church where his membership remains.
Arbra attended Crystal Hill Elementary Magnet School,Oak Grove Middle School(one year) and Southwest Middle School (one year)He graduated from Parkview Arts Magnet School and The Accelerated Learning Center at Metropolitan in 2008.He was attending Arkansas Baptist College (ABC)when his illness overtook him.He left ABC with a 3.8 GPA and looked forward to returning one day.Arbra also participated in the Park Ministries.
Arbra is preceded in death by one aunt,Jennifer Barrett.Arbra leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother,Rohettie Monique Barrett;two brothers Brandon Barrett of Dallas,Tx and Marcus Gilbert of Little Rock,Ar and two uncles Arbra Barrett(Jennifer) and Edward Barrett III,both of Little Rock,Ar.He leaves one Aunt Michelle Barrett of San Diego,Ca and two Cousins Ariana Barrett of Little Rock and Meredith Jimison of San Diego,Ca.Arbra leaves one great grandmother Bernice Perkins of Little Rock,Ar.Arbra's grandmother in God,Gladys Barnett of Little Rock,and two sets of godparents Keith and Melanie Jackson and Ricky and Lynne Delgado,all of Little Rock,Ar,will miss him.He leaves behind also the girl near and dear to his heart,Monique Wright.Two special sisters,Erica "Nikki"Jackson and LaZandra "Nae Nae" Williams,aunts,uncles,cousins,and friends will dearly miss him.
