Burial, Bethel Cemetery in Beckville.

MRS. BERTHA MAE BOOTY TILLMON was born December 12, 1906 to the parents of Balum Booty and Ella Nealy Booty in Beckville, Texas, Panola County.
She met and married Mr. Jack Tillmon I at an early age. To this union 16 children were born.
Her parents Balum Booty and Ella Nealy Booty and one sister Glovenia Booty preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory three sons, Elo (Lo) Tillmon of Amarillo, Texas, Jack Tillmon II of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Charles Augusta Tillmon of Longview, Texas; five daughters, Mrs. Louise Jackson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mrs. Mayble Newman of Dallas, Texas, Mrs. Ella Mae Taylor, Mrs. Mamie Boykin and Mrs. Bertha Nell Lanier all of Longview, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
