Mrs.Charlie V. Jackson loving mother,grandmother,great-grandmother,great-great-grandmother,and friend left this world to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday,February 03,2011 at her residence.
Mrs.Jackson was born in Hallsville,Texas.She attended school at Galilee Hallsville and Stephen F. Austin University in 1974.Mrs. Jackson was married to the love of her life,the late Mr.John Jackson.She was employed by the Longview Independent School District and retired after Twenty-five years of devoted service.
Mrs.Jackson was a faithful member of Galilee Baptist Church,Inc.where she was a member of the Mass Choir,faithful member of the Pastor's Aid Committee and served faithfully in the Mission Ministry.
Mrs.Jackson is preceded in death by her husband,John Jackson;daughter,Dorothy Neal;Sisters,Anna bell,Minnie Kay,Connie Mae,and Effie Myrle;brothers,William,Nash and Clarence.
She is survived by her loving and devoted daughters,Helen Webb of Longview,Texas and Huelean Phillips of Dallas,Texas;one very special son-in-law,Archester Webb of Longview,Texas;six grandchildren:Natasha Bush(Robert),Rodney Webb both of Longview,Texas;Kenneth Webb,Debra Taylor,and Bernadette Smith all of Dallas,Texas and Charlie Melvin Daniels of Houston,Texas.
12 Great-grandchildren;8 great-great-grandchildren;and a host of nieces,nephews,other relatives and friends,and a special friend,Jack Wilson.
