Life's Journey for Mr. Charlie Robert Williams was born on June 25,1944 in Longview, Texas to Percy Williams and Willie Ella Williams his parents and one brother preceded him in death.

Charlie grew up in in Longview, Texas in Gregg County where he attended school.

Fishing, hunting and gardening was his passion. Charlie was no stranger to the art of cooking. You never left his home hungry. He was well known for his big barbeques and family gatherings. If you brought it to him he would grill it and of course add his special sauce.

Charlie went home to be with our Heavenly Father on May 10, 2011. He leaves to cherish his memories:

His Grandchildren: Steven,Darnesha(Charles),Natisha,Talesha,Adrian,Demare,Chadsiti,Chadtara,Hayward,Maurice,Michael,Mark,Asia,Laressa,John,Antoine,Ebony,Derrick,Sheila,Dewayne,Sharmel and Timothy.

His Great grandchildren: Kemora,Tavarius,Mariah,Shamiah,Cherish,Antoine,Andrew,Jalen,Jaden,Jeffrey,Destiny,Derrick and Alana.

His Sisters:Betty,Shirlene(Howard),Mae Ruth(Donald),Jeanette(Clarence),Dorothy(Curtis) and Martha.

His Brothers:Larry(Margaret),Raymond,Bobby,Billy(Angela),and Willie and a host of nieces,nephews,aunts,other relatives and many,many friends
