Services for Cleopha will be held Sat. January 23, 2010 from the Valley View Church of Christ in Gilmer, Texas Bro. Eric King, Officiating. Burial Community Cemetery in Gilmer, Texas.
Cleopha Davis, 78, was born March 6, 1931 in Winnsboro, Texas. He was the youngest son of eight siblings of the late Granville and Carrie Davis. Sister Aggie (Dimp) Jackson is the only surviving sibling.
Clepha moved to Gilmer, Texas at a young age. He was employed with Phillips Lumber Company, Dean Lumber Company, and Upshur Rural Election Cooperative. He retired at Upshur Rural with 22 years of service.
He is survived by his 3 sons, Victor Tyrone Davis, Stevie Navarro Davis, and Eric Fitzgerald and their mother, Ruby Chadwick.
