Funeral services for Don Neal will be Sat. March 31, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. from the East Cotton Street Church of Christ. Bro. Micheal Woodson, officiating. Burial, Jordan Valley Memorial Park.

MR. DON L. NEAL was born on January 26, 1955 in Longview, Texas to the parentage of J. P. Neal and Gladys Booty-Neal. He attended Pine Tree Public Schools and served in the United States Army. He was a member of East Cotton Street Church of Christ and served there faithfully.

He was united in Holy Matrimony to Gwendolyn Johnson on November 28, 1981.

He was employed with Crosby-Lebus for 20 years as a Forge-Hammer Operator.

Don's hobbies were hunting, fishing, and bowling. On occasions he engaged certain individuals in a friendly but competitive game of pool.

Don passed away on March 24, 2007. He leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted wife, Gwendolyn; 2 sons, Steven (Maxie) of Desoto, Derek (Roshonda) of Dallas; grandchildren, Destinee', Davion, Kriste'n, Bre'Unna, Steven Jr., Micah, Autumn, and one on the way in July; brothers, Calvin McClendon (Thelma) and Odessa (Clara) Walker; sisters, Seleta Fletcher (Cliff) of Southlake, TX, Donna Brown of Charlotte, NC and Rebecca Williams; a host of nieces, nephews, and many cherished friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents, J. P. Neal and Gladys Booty-Neal; son, David; sister, Iverier; and mother, Irene Denmore.
