Funeral services for Dottie Louise Smith Bryant will be held Sat., March 7, 2009 at 11 a.m. from the Midway Baptist Church, Gilmer, Texas. Rev. Chuck Nickolson, Officiating. Burial Willow Oak Cemetery.

Dottie Bryant 73, of Gilmer, Texas was born in Kerrville, Texas on September 28, 1935 and died Wednesday, March 4, 2009 in Pittsburg, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillie May Griffin; half-sister, Sara Gomez; grandmother, Tinney May Hunter and uncle, Jay C. Hunter.

She is survived by: brother, Bobby Smith and wife Ann Smith of Nevada, Texas; son, David Bryant and wife Pam Bryant of Gilmer, Texas; daughters, Belinda Pierce and Melvin George of Klondike, Texas, Kathy Qualls and her husband Terry Qualls of Winnsboro, Texas, Phyllis Keel of Pittsburg, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

Grandchildren: Jeremy Pierce and wife Tamara Pierce, Wendy Block and husband Justin Block, Kristy Holt and husband Ryan Holt, David Bryant, Angie Pierce and fiancé Demiko Moss, Cody Qualls and wife Jana Qualls, Crystal Bryant and Bryan Larson, Brandi Alexander and husband Daniel Alexander, Jackie Azua, Reba Keel.

Great-grandchildren: Jay-Jay, Joe'ell & Jer'ny Pierce, Austin & Kyla Block, Brandon, Michael, Matthew & Kris Holt, Matthew & Jennifer Keel, Trista Bryant, Brianna Larson, Jagger Jordan, JeKayla Hall, and another great-grand baby on the way.
