Funeral services for Eddie Lee Allen will be Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. from the Hayward-Stanmore Funeral Home Chapel. Min. Eddie L. Murray-Allen Officiating and burial Hickory Grove Cemetery.

MR. EDDIE LEE ALLEN was born to the late Clint Allen and Novella Foster Allen on March 3, 1942 in Woodlawn (Harrison County) Texas.
He attended Woodlawn Public School.
At an early age he united with Evergreen Baptist Church.
Eddie Lee was a truck driver and heavy equipment operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and one sister.
Eddie Lee died Thursday, June 10, 2010 at Pine Hills Nursing Home in Jefferson, Texas.
He leaves to mourn his passing his devoted companion, Marilyn Murray; 2 sons, Eddie L. Murray-Allen and Carlos Murray-Allen of Marshall; 1 daughter, Felicia Murray-Allen of Blackville, South Carolina; 3 step-daughters, Olivia Murray, Marchale (Wendall) Aimes and Kathy Williams of Marshall, Texas; 3 step-sons, Cecil Murray, Percy Murray (Sharon) and Lorenzo Murray III (Rita) of Marshall, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 6 sisters, Rosie Bell Stoker, Nora Dean Archer, Panzora Burks (James) of Marshall, TX; Elizabeth Aimee & Rose Mary Rudd of Fort Worth, TX and Tina Marie Thomas of Longview, TX; 2 aunts, Bernice Dunn and Juanita Biggers of Marshall, TX; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and special friends who will cherish his memory.
