Memorial service will be held Sat., March 28, 2009 at 11 a.m. from the New Hope Baptist Church in Gilmer, Texas.
ELDREDGE WRIGHT, SR. was born Friday, February 9, 1923 in Gilmer, Texas to the parentage of the late Reverend Andrew Wright and Isabella Davis. He united with the New Hope Baptist Church at a late age.
Eldredge (Elgie) had eleven siblings; seven preceded him in death: Dollie, James, Minnie, Aleen, Eziekel, Dee, and Drusilla.
Eldredge leaves to cherish his memories his surviving siblings: Loretta, Andrew, and Earnestine.
Eldredge (Elgie) also leaves to cherish his memories two sons: Eldredge, Jr. and Andrew Jay; four grandchildren: Troy, Dwayne, Charmaine, and Kenya; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
