Services for Greg Howard will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2006, at Bethel Temple of Longview, Inc. with the Rev. Gary Chalk officiating, Suffragan Bishop Robert Evans, Pastor. Burial will be in Jordan Valley Memorial Park.

Greg was born February 13, 1973, in Longview, Texas to the parentage of Karl Garrett and Rebecca Howard. "A Gift From God."
He attended public schools where he was an active student with a passion for baseball. He was an active participant in the game of pool.
Greg was a determined and hard working man. He never knew the meaning of defeat, this is what prompted him to start his own plumbing business. He was known as "one of the best" by his many satisfied customers.
Greg was preceded in death by his grandparents: Jesse Howard, Mirthie Lee Howard and Arie Garrett; a brother, Corey Garrett; and uncles, Mack and Charles Howard.
His memories will always be cherished in the hearts of his mother, Rebecca Howard; father, Carl Garrett; devoted special friend, Tammy; brothers, Marcus Howard (Dewanta), Reggie Howard, Derrick Booker (Rose) and Corey Garrett; sister, Courtney Garrett; aunt, Margie Gordon; uncle, John Howard ("Son"); special nephews, LaMarcus "Boo" and Travin "Poopie"; a beautiful granddaughter, Allison Stuart "Allie Cat"; and a host of other relatives and friends.
