It is said when life begins,it is like an open book with many blank pages.Each day as we live,our deeds are recorded page by page until we close our eyes in death and await that great getting up morning.

Fields were written when she was born to the family of the late John Brook and Lee Girtha Pruitt on March 04,1942.She was a graduate of Weldon High School in Gladewater,Texas and attend Nursing School in Jacksonville,Texas.Later,she received her R.N. Certification in Los Angeles,California.She was united in marriage on December 31,1977 to Lonnie Fields.To this union there were no children.

The final pages of the book on Jacquelyn C. Fields was written on Saturday,December 18,2010 when she closed her eyes eternally.She leaves to cherish her memory;her loving husband,Lonnie Fields;two aunts,Monteen Pruitt of White Oak,Texas and Venoria C.Thomas of Longview,Texas and a host of other relatives and friends.
