Funeral services for Mrs. Mandy Cox are being held, Saturday, Feb. 11, 2006 from the St. Paul Baptist Church - Tatum. Pastor Roger Smith, Officiating - Burial, Zion Hill Cemetery.

MANDY GREENWOOD COX was born January 7, 1934, to the parentage of the late Richard Greenwood and Jeanette Smith Greenwood. She departed this life Sunday, February 5, 2006, at her residence.
She attended Tatum Public Schools. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of the St. Paul Baptist Church in Tatum, Texas until her demise.
Mandy married Embry Cox on June 5, 1948 and to this union twelve children was born.
Her husband and a son preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory seven daughters: Sherely Bell and Regina Pryor (James) both of Dallas, TX, Diane Arthur (Roosevelt) and Deborah Cox both of Tatum, TX, Evie Williams (James) of Mesquite, TX, Premedia Osborne (Malcom) of Killeen, TX and Pamela Taylor (Cleveland) of Marshall, TX; four sons: Dennis Cox (Doyce) of Corsicana, TX, Randy Cox (Regina) of Bossier City, LA, Marcus Cox (Tanika) of Allen, TX and Larry Cox of Los Angeles, CA; adopted grandson, Derrick Cox of Tatum, TX; two sisters, Annette Taylor of Longview, TX and Claudia Roberts of Dickerson, TX; five sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; twenty-one grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a special cousin, Samuel Branch; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
