Services for Melinda Sheridan will be held Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. from the Full Gospel Holy Temple, Bishop Dewayne Sheridan Eulgoist. Burial Richwood Memorial Cemetery, Monday September 30, 2013.

Melinda Louise Sheridan was born in Mangham, Louisiana on November 19, 1958 to the parentage of Irma Sheridan and William Baker. She peacefully departed this life on September 22, 2013.

In 1986, she and her children followed the love of her life, Glenn Ross to Longview, Texas where she began a new Sheridan generation.

She was a dedicated employee for close to ten years at the Harry Truman Smith Center in Gladewater Texas where she gained most of her co-workers as friends.

Her mother, father, and one brother, Andre Sheridan preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory her life partner of thirty-four years, Glenn Ross; children, Marcus (Yazman) Sheridan, LaKeysha (Paul Jones), Ralph (Shatarius) Sheridan, Ashley Sheridan (Brandon Brown); her brother, Emmanuel (Deidra) Sheridan; sister, Valerie Sheridan; one brother, Johnathan Baker; special sister and brother, Tammy Sheridan and Willie Sheridan; seven grandchildren; special friends, Glenda Jones and Shemece Scott; and a host of other relatives and friends.
