Mr.Cleveland "Cowboy" Perkins was born September 03,1958, In Jonesville, Texas to the late Mr. William Perkins Sr. and Mrs. Elnora Washington Perkins. He was a member of the Old Border Baptist Church of Jonesville, Texas and a 1978 graduated of Marshall High School and had work as a truck driver for the City of Marshall.

He is survived by one daughter Sonya Lataya Moore of Marshall,Texas One Sister Patrician Perkins of Tyler,Texas, Five Brothers William Perkins Jr, Ennis Perkins, Lee Perkins, Kenneth Perkins, and Frank Perkins.One grand daughter, two grandsons and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends,
