Celebration of Life for Mr. Prentice Benard Taylor, 79, of Longview will be on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Bethel Temple Church, with Reverend Kevin Anthony officiating. Viewing will be on Friday, June 8th from 7-8 p.m. at Stanmore Funeral Home. Burial will be at Smith Chapel Cemetery in Mayflower. Arrangements have been provided by Stanmore Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Mavis Taylor. One brother; W.D. Taylor. One sister; Betty Taylor. Two sons; Craig Taylor and Dwight Robinson. 6 daughters; Doris Jones (Joe), Faye Taylor; Terry Johnson; Carol Garrett (Lawrence), Michelle & Danielle. He also leaves a host of grandchildren and great-grand children.
