On Saturday,May 28,2011 at 10:20p.m.,the Lord called Mr. Revis Johnson Junior's name and the death angel took his hand and carried him over to the other side of this life as we know it to take his rest.

He was the oldest son of Revis Johnson Sr. and Ever B Johnson Harper.

He was a home member of the Judea Baptist Church;later he attended Douglas Chapel United Methodist Church where Pastor C.J. & Rose Wright resides,until his health would no longer allow him to attended.

He was preceded in death by his father,Revis Johnson Sr.;his mother,Ever B Johnson Harper;3 brothers,Travis Johnson Sr.,Rufus Earl Johnson Sr.,Artis Johnson;2 sisters,Pearl Lee Jones and Sammie Lois Moore;1 baby daughter,Cheryl L. Johnson and 1 grandson,Baby Boy Ellis.

He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife of 39 wonderful years,Mrs. Kathie M. Johnson;2 sons,Mr. Everett L. Johnson and Mr. Ken Johnson of Jefferson,Texas;3 daughters,Mrs.Lashonda E. Ellis of Jefferson,Texas,Mrs.Leketha R. Owens (Mr.Curtis D. Owens) of Longview,Texas,Miss Yuronna L. Johnson(Mr.Johnathon Lovely)of Marshall,Texas;adopted daughter and niece,Miss D'dra C. Green of Longview,Texas;a very special cousin and friend,Mrs. Mary Ann Luster and a host of nieces,nephews,cousins,and friends.
