Funeral services for Ricky L. Murphy of Marshall will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006, at Full Gospel Holy Temple of Marshall with Bishop Larry Kiel officiating. Burial will follow in Center Hill Cemetery under the direction of Hayward-Stanmore Funeral Home of Marshall, Texas.

Mr. Murphy died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006, in Marshall. He was born Oct. 14, 1960, in Marshall to Rosemary Murphy, and was a member of Marshall Full Gospel Holy Temple. He is survived by one son, Jeremy Murphy, and one daughter, LaQuisha Murphy, both of Fort Worth; four sisters, Loretta Murphy Morrison of DeSoto, Bernetta Brazile of Lancaster, Sharon Murphy Bell of Marshall, and LaJoyce Murphy McGhee of Atlanta, Ga.; three adopted sisters, Lorian Green of Longview, Rita Phillips and Jackie Singleton, both of Marshall; other relatives and friends.
