Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Savalia Brazzle, Tuesday,February 7, 2012 at 1:00 P.M.

Savalia Jewel Brazzle was born to the late Fred and Odessa Jones on December 24, 1933, in Hallsville, Texas.
Savalia attended public schools in Longview and graduated from Longview Negro High School in 1952. She continued her education at Texas College and received a B.S. degree. She obtained a Master's degree from Texas A&M Commerce. She was an educator for Longview I.S.D. 30 years until retirement.
Precious memories will be cherished by her daughter, Gwen Brazzle; sisters, Willie Wade of Dallas, Texas, Essie (Jesse Sr.) O'Quinn, Lovie Jones of Longview, Texas; sisters-in-law, Hazel King of Cleburne, Texas and Bernice Smith of Hallsville, Texas; brothers, Alvernon (Priscilla) Jones Sr. and Fred (Wilma) Jones Jr. of Longview, Texas and brother-in-law, Verge Davis of Longview, Texas.
