Funeral services for Timothy DeWayne Brasher of Jefferson will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, at Hayward-Stanmore Funeral Home with the Rev. Carl Hickerson officiating. Burial will be in Whitaker Cemetery in Lodi, Texas.
Mr. Brasher was born July 15, 1969, in Lodi, TX to Walter W. Brasher, Sr. and Dorothy Williams Brasher. He graduated from Jefferson High School and was a member of Ebenezer CME Church. Survivors include his father, Walter Brasher, Sr. of Jefferson; sisters, Louise Jarrett, JoAlice Scott of Jefferson, Alma J. Allen of Texarkana, Arena F. Brasher of Karnack and Patricia Ann Brasher of Marshall; and brothers, Samuel L. Brasher, Virgil L. Brasher, Floyd E. Brasher, Kodaly Zachery, all of Marshall, and Tyrone Zachery of Jefferson.
