Funeral services for Vernell M. Flowers, 82, of Longview, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Red Oak  Missionary Church.. 2717 S. M. L. King Jr. Blvd. Longview, Texas  75602.  Interment will follow at Post Oak Union Cemetery.  A viewing will be held 1 - 6 p.m. Friday, August 22, 2025,  at Stanmore Funeral Home. Mrs. Flowers was born on February 17, 1043. She passed on  August 18, 2025.
