Funeral Service for Viola Denese Horton Leggett, 47, of Longview, will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday,September 7, 2011, New Jerusalem COGIC in Tatum. Rev. James Frank Horton, Officiating. Burial will be in Smith Chapel Cemetery.
VIOLA DENESE HORTON LEGGETT was born to Annie Vern Horton-Randall and the late Johnnie Gene Horton on September 23, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories her her son Jordan Granger; mother and step-father, Annie and Jocile Randall; two sisters, Vivan Horton, and Racquel Cunningham (Terrence); one brother, Michael Ray Horton (Serena); her special friend, James Heathington; four nieces, Morgan Horton, India Perry, Jerzey Horton, and Camilli Horton; six nephews, John Little, Jarvais Little, Johnny Cunningham, LaDarius Cunningham, Michael Jon Ray Horton, and Journey Horton; two grandnephews, Jah'Maree Lathan and Amir Cunningham and a host of cousins and many friends.
